St. Nicholas Sunday School
Our Sunday School program is for students starting from preschool to all the way to high school. Our Catechism program educates our youth about our Faith and Tradition and prepares them to live as Orthodox Christians in today’s world.
Greek Orthodox Youth of America (GOYA)
The mission and goal of GOYA ministry is to lead our young people into experiencing the Holy Orthodox Faith. By developing a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and becoming active sacramental members of the living Church, our young people will be equipped with tools necessary to assist them in their journey toward salvation. GOYA ministers to youth 6th grade through 12th grade and has occasional monthly events in addition to meeting every Wednesday.

Come As You Are (Teenage Ladies Ministry)
The Woven ministry welcomes middle- and high-school-aged girls to offer their experiences and struggles of everyday life growing as a teenager in the 21st-century.

Becoming… (Teenage Boy Ministry)
The Becoming ministry welcomes middle- and high-school aged boys to offer their experiences and struggles of everyday life growing as a teenager in the 21st-century becoming young adults, becoming men, and most importantly become faithful Orthodox Christians.

Altar Servers
This ministry is for young men beginning at age ten and above to learn to love, respect, and serve God’s Holy Altar. Altar servers will learn the meaning of the Liturgical items and vestments used in the Divine Liturgy, how the parts of liturgy came into practice, as well as how to properly serve in the Holy Altar. For all services, please make it a point to arrive ten minutes before services begin so that we may prepare and pray together. In addition to attending church services, these young gentlemen will also participate in retreats and fellowship activities that will help them along their spiritual journey.

Greek School
St. Nicholas Greek School teaches our youth and adults how to speak the Greek Language. We start at an introductory level and students leave with a proficient level of knowledge of the Greek Language. The students also participate in the life of the Church by attending our Community events and leading the Greek Independence Day Parade.

Scouts Troop 106
Scouting is adventure, family, fun, character, leadership and so much more. St. Nicholas Cathedral is the host of Boy Scout Troop 106. Please join us for this important ministry for our youth!

Each summer St. Nicholas Summer Camp provides a week-long session of a Summer Camp. Each week has religious sessions, arts and crafts, music, and activities for our campers.

Children from 40 days to 4 years are welcome to join us with their parents or grandparents for our little ones to grow in their faith with a lesson, craft, story time and socialization.

The mission of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Preschool is to provide a motivating and nurturing educational environment for young children as they develop Kindergarten readiness skills. Using a positive, faith-based developmental program, our goal is to help children of all faiths to reach his or her potential as they grow socially, emotionally, physically, spiritually and cognitively. Our Preschool is open to children of all faiths in our Tarpon Springs, Florida community from ages 2 years through VPK.
