On Sunday November 13th our Day Camps Ministry is running the Angels Day Camp after Divine Liturgy, ending at the Friendsgiving Celebration.
Please Pre Register your K-8th Grade Children ASAP so we can plan the Camp Accordingly.
During the Day camp we will have two opportunities to serve our Local community. The first is a canned food drive for the Feeding the Fosters Program, where we invite you to bring these items to the Angels Day Camp. The Second, is an Angel Tree where you can pick a name off of a Christmas Tree which will be located at the Spanos Pappas Community Center during the Friendsgiving event. After choosing a name, you would bring your wrapped gift to the Fr. Tryphon Hall after Divine Liturgy by December 11th so that they can be distributed before Christmas.
We are asking our Highschool Goyans to volunteer their time to help teach and run the Angels Day Camp experience. If you are a Goyan or know one who would like to participate, we invite them to the Parish Ministry Night on November 2nd to learn the material for the Camp. If you are a middle school Goyan, you are able to register for the Angels Day Camp as a participant, and you are still invited to join us at the Parish Ministry Night.
For Friendsgiving, we are asking that if you are bringing a side dish, please sign up via this link!
