Greek Language School

The mission of the Greek school is to teach the Greek language and heritage systematically and methodically so that our children are able to read, write, understand, speak Greek, and express their thoughts with precision; to focus on each student’s abilities and help them grow to their full potential; to enhance bi-cultural and bilingual awareness; and to promote the moral and ethical values of the Greek Orthodox families. Greek poems, prayers, and songs are used to teach the students about the Greek culture, heritage, religion and history. The ultimate goal is to motivate our children to maintain and promote the values they have received from their parents and ancestors, and to keep them close to their fellow Greeks, to Hellenism and to our Greek Orthodox Faith.

Language instruction begins at Pre-K; students are then divided into three levels -- Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced.

Classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 pm to 6:30pm.
